Wolfmachine Services LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates as a home services and handyman business in Arvada, Colorado. This page explains how we collect and use your information and the terms of our text messaging program.

We may collect your name, phone number, email address, service address, and details about the work you request. We collect this when you call us, message us, speak with our automated voice assistant, or fill out a form on our website.

We use your information to schedule and perform services, communicate with you about your appointments, follow up on completed work, request reviews, and send occasional service offers if you have opted in.

SMS / Text Messaging Program

Program Description: This messaging program sends appointment confirmations, service follow-ups, review requests, and occasional service offers to customers who have opted in. Opt-in is collected verbally when you contact us by phone, speak with our automated voice assistant, or request information via a form on our website.

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number that messaged you. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did initially.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Supported Carriers: Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon, and most regional carriers.

Mobile Information and Data Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines, regarding the use of SMS communications.

How We Protect Your Information
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

Your Choices
You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP. You may contact us at any time to update or remove your information.
